About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Product – EdTech to lead the next phase of ClickTech HUB as it evolves into a category-defining educational platform. This role is central to shaping how learners discover, implement, and succeed with digital marketing, AI tools, and online growth strategies.
You’ll report to the Product Director and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Content, Customer Success, and third-party educators to deliver a best-in-class user experience that drives both learner outcomes and commercial results.

What You'll Do
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for ClickTech HUB.
- Deeply understand our personas: entrepreneurs, freelancers, marketers, small business owners, agency leaders, and career professionals.
- Translate company OKRs into product initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Champion a product culture rooted in experimentation, data, and learner success.
Roadmap & Execution
- Prioritise features based on impact, feedback, and commercial opportunity.
- Lead cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → iteration.
- Own platform scalability and reliability as the user base grows rapidly.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party courses, tools, and partner products.
Learning Experience & Retention
- Build experiences that blend education with execution—where users learn, apply, and get results.
- Launch new learning challenges, certifications, templates, and playbooks that drive engagement and improve subscriber LTV.
- Continuously refine the onboarding journey, curriculum structure, and user flow to reduce churn and increase time-to-value.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of product managers and cross-functional contributors.
- Align closely with Marketing, Content, and Customer Success leaders to optimise customer acquisition, retention and user experience through product innovation.
- Collaborate with external educators, creators, and SaaS partners to enhance the HUB ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in product leadership roles, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or growth-focused consumer platforms.
- Proven experience scaling a subscription-based learning platform or building product-led growth loops.
- Strong user empathy and understanding of learning science, habit formation, and digital education.
- Data-savvy, commercially aware, and capable of balancing learner success with business growth with experience in setting, monitoring and improving core product KPIs.
- Collaborative leader who can inspire cross-functional teams and execute at speed in a remote-first environment.
- A genuine passion for entrepreneurship, education, and economic empowerment.
- Hands on experience with modern, generative AI tools or MLMs, and a clear understanding of their advantages and limitations
Bonus Points For
- Experience integrating or launching third-party education products or SaaS tools.
- Background in marketplaces, community-driven platforms, or mobile-first education.
- Broader knowledge of AI tools, AdTech platforms, and/or the creator economy.
- Experience working with international or multilingual audiences.
- Experience working with remote teams and Atlassian product suite
